‘Eventing’!

Hello world,

Attending events is a very important part of my job and I am always very happy to receive invitations to Galas, charity actions, openings or premieres. They are all a great opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world, see incredible places, try new experiences and – as good Italian – taste exquisite menus!! Well, to tell the truth this last point is not really pro-modeling, and if you are on a diet it would be better stay at least 100mt away from the buffet.

The presentation of SHA Wellness Clinic took place in the fantastic background of Circulo Ecuestre in Barcelona. I fell in love with this new concept of health and well-being. It is incredible how by simply changing small things in our life -our eating habits, for example- we can find a new dimension, we can do good to our body, feel better and finally enjoy our true potential. I firmly believe in natural therapies and look forward to spending some days in Albir Beach (Valencia, Spain).

I didn’t think it twice when La Roca Village – chic shopping outlet nearby Barcelona- asked me to be guest of honor and present the 5th children’s paintings competition, together with the double Olympic Champion Saul Craviotto.

It was a great pleasure for me to take part in this charity event in favor of Sant Joan de Deu Hospital, and had fun all along the day, especially when voting for the best drawing. They were all so sweet! I was very impressed by the talent and the creativity of all little participants – some of them were only 2 years old! – , and choosing the winner turned out to be a very hard job.

The best moment of the day was without any doubt the delivery of the 3.000€ cheque -collected by La Roca Village- to Hospital Sant Joan de Deu. I was so happy of participating in such a good cause. I hope the money helped all the patients to make their days at least a little less hard and give them a smile.

The last pictures were taken at the opening party of the new luxury boutique by El Corte Ingles, in Illa Diagonal, in Barcelona. Old and new friends, goof food, great music…and luxurious shopping!!

It’s all for now dear world. It’s quite late; I have a flight to catch tomorrow and as you can imagine…still need to pack! A leopard can’t change its spots…and I would say… a blonde can’t change its dna!!! 🙂 🙂

Love,

Renata
