Summer is definitely here! I’m looking forward to spending long days on the beach playing paddle and volleyball with my friends. Do you remember Mimi Ayuhara? The famous Japanese cartoon? Exactly the same, hahahahaha (Italian laugh)
With the arrival of this energetic season it’s important to give special attentions to our body. Nowadays much more information is at our disposal and we all have become much more consciuos about the fact that laying in the sun is pleasant, relaxing, sexy but, if we don’t pay attention, dangerous. Avoid sunbathing during the central hours of the day (12-16), wear a hat and don’t forget to hydrate yourself: drink a lot of fresh water, juices, smoothies…there are plenty of healthy and fresh options, it is impossible to get bored, you have no excuse! In addition, fruits give your body minerals and vitamins! If you suffer from low blood pressure with these simple tips you will feel better for sure 😉
Last but not least: your tanning lotion!! I never, repeat, never go to the beach without a good protection for my skin. I tell you more: I put sun protection on my face every morning, even if I haven’t planned a day on the beach, I put it alone or mixed with my daily hydrating cream. Don’t think you won’t get tanned, this is absolutely false. On the contrary, you will get a healthier, more natural colour and most importantly, you will avoid sun burns and skin desease and imperfections (…wrink-What? Jajajaja – Spanish laugh now).
I usually use SPF50 for my face and SPF30 for my body, both cream or spray oil, I love it, it gives your skin a brillant touch that I find very sexy.
