Renata Zanchi - Getting ready for my daily 'Rambo Style' workout :-)

Time for your bikini

Hello world,

Many people always ask me what my daily training at the gym consists of.

First of all, let me point out that any person differs from the other, that means, a workout can be perfect for you but not for another and viceversa. Everybody needs to find out his/her best routine and follow it with patience and constancy. Because, no need to say, gym-miracles don’t exist.

Said that, let’s start: I usually go to the gym 3 times a week, one day workout/one day rest, (so that muscles can recover). I train more or less 2 hours: 60 minutes of cardio/aerobic activities (I love running, walking fast and climbing), and other 60 minutes of machines (I alternate, one day I train the upper part of my body and the other legs and buttocks), abs (3 divisions x30 abs each) and stretching.

They say it’s much better to start with the machines and leave the aerobic work at the end.

Always stretch at the end of the workout, it is very important to avoid waking up and moving like a zombie the following day. As you can imagine, I have a large experience in that 🙂

I always eat something little before starting my exercises. A banana, – useful to avoid cramps, since it contains potassium and other minerals-, a cereals bar, etc. This is very important to assure your body a good quantity of ‘fresh’ energy that will be burnt immediately 😉

And drink!! I always have my little bottle of fresh steel water with me. I drink small sips between one division and the other 😉

Anyway, don’t forget that the secret is to maintain a healthy life-style and be active! Going to the gym doesn’t allow you to sleep 3 days on the sofa!! And if you don’t like training in a club, there are plenty of activities you can practice in the open air, especially now, in Summer: run in the park, ride a bicycle,…no excuse!!!

Yes you can!! Vote NO to sedentary life!! Ajajajaja

So…are you ready for your bikini?

It would be nice to take a picture of me while entering the gym and while leaving it. Before and the after.
Oh my God, guess you would laugh a lot!! 🙂 🙂

I leave you some pictures taken during the presentation of the new Moët Ice Imperial at Hotel Omm in Barcelona. Hope you like them.

Many sporty kisses to all.
