“Luggageless”: 4 weeks, 1/2 world, 1 survivor.

Hello world,

It is a rainy day in Miami. I had almost forgotten how tropical storms look like. In 10 seconds the sky changes of color and suddenly a huge quantity of water starts to fall down. You hardly have the time to realize what is going on. Dive in a swimmingpool with your clothes on. Ecco. Same. Let’s say you’d rather stay at home with a hot cup of coffee writing a post 😉

But honestly…Thank you rain!! Thank you clouds!! Spending one day at home is not bad at all. My last weeks have been crazy, with many different jobs around the world, many hours spent up in the air and, as always, only a few spent in bed to sleep and recover from jetlag.

I guess you probably already know from Twitter that the airline I was flying with from Europe to US (you say the sin but not the sinner, hem hem, Lufthansa) left my luggage in Germany. This meant landing in Miami with absolutely nothing but my tiny bag. Please, wait for laughing. The best comes now.

The following day I had to leave for a 3 days job in NY, from there to Liverpool -UK- for a 2 weeks production, and from there to another job in Dallas. 4 weeks from a continent to the other with only my carry-on luggage, again, my bag. Now you can laugh.

My dear friends…This is also models life. We are survivors sometimes. But Let me tell you one thing: thanks to this I realized that we don’t need that much to survive. I mean, we are surrounded by plenty of things that we don’t actually need.

I landed in Miami 3 days ago from my world tour (resumé: Miami-NY-Liverpool-Miami-Dallas-Miami) and after hugging Giulio –and my raised case, of course- didn’t waste any time. I went to the beach, enjoyed the sun with Giulio and trained open-air. I love deco bike, it is a cheap and clean way to move around Miami Beach, and in the meanwhile you sunbathe and keep fit. Can you ask more?

I have new pictures coming out that I can’t wait to show you. For now, I can only leave you a small preview. I hope you like it.

Huge hugs from Miami. I hope you are having a great time in Italy, Spain, Argentina, USA, Chile, Turkey, France, Japan, Russia, Germany, Australia…in all the countries my beloved readers are from. I love you all.
