Hello Valencia!

‘Señoras y Señores, bienvenidos a borde de este Euromed con destino Barcelona…’

Hello World,

Today I feel wise and want to start my post by giving you an advice. The weekend is arriving and Easter Holidays are just behind the corner. Turn your mobile off, pack your case, take some friends, your pet, your boyfriend, whoever you want and go to Valencia! Great sun, beach, culture and amazing people!

I am on my way back home right now. I arrived in Valencia yesterday, I woke up very early –maybe somebody of you read my post on FB at 5am- had my usual morning body+hair shower and ran to the station to take the Euromed to Valencia. The journey lasted about 3 hours and as you can imagine I slept almost all the time. I can’t wait to see the pictures we shot yesterday for Hello Valencia magazine! It will come out next month, it is going to be a special edition and our beautiful fashion reportage will be part of it. Great job, great time and great team: Alberto, Begoña, Gerardo, Maria, Nacho, Silvia (no competition please, names are in strict alphabetical order!) and last -but not least- Miguel, my ‘for one day husband’!! Thank you all for your professionalism and the great time I spent with all of you.
I can’t wait for publishing some pictures of the backstage and making off on my professional page on FB, I’m sure you will like them.

So, Easter time is arriving and still haven’t planned my holidays. I was so concentrated on my job that I completely forgot to book a flight to Milano. It’s always a great pleasure to come back to Italy for holidays and see all my family. But this year I think I am going to honour our famous Italian saying ‘Natale con i tuoi, Pasqua con chi vuoi’ (somebody feels like translating?) and stay in my beloved Barcelona. For sure my diet will take advantage of it, since italian familiar lunches and dinners are so…how could I say…ANTI-MODELING??? (PS: Sorry Mum! You know I love what you cook!). I’ll enjoy the catalan sun and one day I’ll take Giulio to the beach. He loves running from one side to the other, putting his little head in the sand and dig little holes!! It looks crazy, and runs so fast that you hardly have time to realize it’s a little dog!!

We just passed Castellon and start to feel a little bit tired. I think I’ll have a nap but first I’d better put the alarm clock in 2 hours, I wouldn’t like to wake up somewhere in the opposite side of the country!!

Ok, done. Now I can official say: ‘Goodnight world’.

Love,
Renata
